Culture represent shared norms, values, tradition and customs of a group that typically
define and guide appropriate and inappropriate attitudes and behaviors that is considered
normal, typical or average within a group.

There are many leaders that make a contribution to strong school cultures, however
principals are on the heart of it all; those precious administrators are liable for engaging and

Students aren’t the only ones that benefit from positive school climate because a positive
