MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is made at BHONGIR on this ____ day of


NOVEMBER 2022 between:-

RAAVI RAJENDER REDDY S/O BHADRA REDDY aged about 55 Years, Occupation: Business, R/o
Bhongir Town and Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District.
(Hereinafter called the as the “FIRST PARTY” which terms shall mean and include all their legal
heirs, representatives, successors, executors, administrators, and assignees etc.,)

AND

D VEERA SWAMY, S/O. RAMCHANDRAIAH, Age 45 years, Occ: Business, R/o H. No. 4-3,
Cholleru village, Yadagirigutta Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District.

(Hereinafter called the “SECOND PARTY” which terms shall mean and include all their legal
heirs, representatives, successors, executors, administrators, and assignees etc.,)

WHEREAS
1. The FIRST PARTY hereby grants permission and entrust to the SECOND PARTY the
complete responsibility of restoration of land in the name of first party with clear title in

Survey no. 491/2/ రు Situated at Wadaigudem Village, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri-
Bhuvanagiri District with total extent of Ac 0.07 Gts covering under document bearing
number-2465/2012 SRO-Bhongir.
2. The FIRST PARTY understand and agrees to give 50% share /equal worth in the land in
dispute to SECOND PARTY and continue to Co-operate till the completion of trial.
3. The FIRST PARTY shall share the restored extent in Survey 491/2/ రు Situated at
Wadaigudem Village, Bhongir Mandal and Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District in the ratio of 50:
50 (First Party 50% and the Second Party 50%) on completion of restoration of land with
clear title and issue of Pattedar pass book covering under document bearing number-
2465/2012 SRO-Bhongir.

NOW THIS MEMORENDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:-


1. The SECOND PARTY shall remain actively engaged to complete the assignment and
proactively seek performance input from the FIRST PARTY.
2. That the SECOND PARTY shall conduct trial in the court and obtain all necessary
permissions and sanctions from concerned authorities for the restoration of Survey no.
491/2/ రు with clear title Situated at Wadaigudem Village, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri-
Bhuvanagiri District with total extent of Ac 0.07 Gts covering under document bearing
number-2465/2012 SRO-Bhongir of FIRST PARTY along with physical possession as its
own cost and expenses.
3. That the SECOND PARTY is bound to conduct the trial to clear the title, however if
circumstances demand to amicable settlement he shall go with the best settlement
option possible for the benefit of both the parties.
4. The SECOND PARTY acknowledges the complete responsibility of restoration of Survey
no. 491/2/ రు with clear title Situated at Wadaigudem Village, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri-
Bhuvanagiri District with total extent of Ac 0.07 Gts of FIRST PARTY along with physical
possession covering under document bearing number-2465/2012 SRO-Bhongir of FIRST
PARTY. Any inconvenience caused due to the adoption of any unfair means by the
SECOND PARTY will be answerable by SECOND PARTY and it will be the sole
responsibility of SECOND PARTY to sort out the matter.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF both Parties have put their respective hands on the -11-2022 and
place first above written having agreed to the above terms and conditions have affixed their
signatures to this MOU with free will, sound mind and Consent after above contents having
been read over and explained in their language at the presence of the following witnesses.
