Ref: Request for twelve days absent from the classes of my son.

My name is Ann Lorraine C. Rosales mother of Dickie Jhay R. Hingpit. He is a grade

5 learner under the advisory of Mrs. Allen B. Lumanao. I am writing this letter to ask
for consideration for this long length of absences of my son, specifically from
September 8-23,2022, due to inevitable situation.My immediate family and nearest
relatives of my clan will be having an important reunion,We haven't seen each other
for a long period of time even the outburst of pandemic started. This schedule was
already been set long time ago before the classes started.

This is an important occasion for the family to attend. I will ensure that he will work
hard to recover his modules and other needed things to patch the days he will be gone.
I am hoping for your kind considerations.
