Today is a special day in so many ways.

We feel exceptionally blessed and fortunate

to be able to share today with all of you.
My due respect to our honorable Governor Alexander T. Pemintel,to our very
motherly city mayor honorable Roxanne C. Pimentel, Our HRPTA
president________________ and of course together with his/her company the
school Officers in attendance,our OIC schools division superintendent maam Gemma
A. de paz, Our very own school head maam Rjan D. sabarez along with all the
teachers in attendance,to all parents who are here from kindergarten to grade 6,our
guest and visitors,friends ladies and gentlemen a pleasant afternoon to all of us.
An extra special word of welcome must go to all of us, In behalf of teaching and
faculty staff of TCES, we literally appreciate you going the "extra mile". and attended
our Induction Program.
Speaking of miles, we have all come a long way together.
Some of you have been around and part of our family or our school  for a long time,
while others may have only been welcomed more recently.
However, we are without a doubt, especially grateful that you are all here today
sharing in this special occasion as we brazed the party this afternoon for our
Induction program. 
Our hope is that you will enjoy the day with us, that we will strengthen the bonds
and fellowship that binds us all together. 
May we all take the opportunity to re-affirm and confirm how lucky we  are to be
amongst each other, next to each other and part of each others lives coz we are
connected to each other as our benefactors our partners to continue the legacy of
this institution. A venue to make the dreams of our learners,your children into reality
and that’s start right here in our bonds, in your support and here inside our very
heart of our school.
And before I will say goodbye please remember these four letters the word is Help! Four
letters that can mean so much. Four letters that can be seen as a dynamic, planned action -
or as a plea!
It means let us help one another for the sake of our learners your children!

And I know This year, the Parents Association will continue to tirelessly take action to help our
learners back together after the effect of 2 years pandemic . Let us help to strategically plan
towards ensuring an educationally sound and innovative future for our School.

Thank you and again I welcome you all for today’s event! I hope that we are all be
