ORDINANCE

Iurther to amend the paiiiin pinatt Code ond the code oI Criminal ?rocedure,
1898.

\VHBREAS it is expedient further to amend the Pakistan Penal Codq (Act

XLV of 1860), and the'Code of Criminal Procedure' 1898 (Act V of 1t9t), ior
the purposes hereinafter appearing :
