Press this button to switch on and off the power

Press this button to move the printhead to the cartridge and change
location.
When inspect the status of cartridge , press this button to move the
printhead to the print position of ink
Ink
After changing the cartridge, press this button to return the print head to
the initial position.
When the ink indicator lights go out, press the button for 3 seconds to
clean the print head.

Press this button to load or pop out the print paper.

Printing You can resume printing if you press this button when there is a lack of
paper paper error or multiple page feed errors.
Press this button when printing jobs to cancel the print.

Ⅱ. Machine Installation And Setting

1. Machine Basic Inspection

(1) After unpacking, check the appearance of the machine

(2) Installation of waste ink bottle

1. Unscrew the screws

2. Thread the plastic tube into the waste ink bottle

3. Fasten the screws

(3) Connect the power cable and the usb data cable . Press the power button

to see if the machine works normally .

P. S. If the green lamp of power key twinkles , the machine is making

self-examination . When lamp of power key remain green , it indicates that

the machine is in good condition .

(4) Put a pet film into the feeder and press the button of paper shortage to

test the feeder

P.S. The side with matte of pet film must put on the front side.

(5) Set the preheating temperature between 35°C to 45°C

(6) Install the pet film bracket

2. Filling and guiding ink

(1) Fill the ink respectively according to the color instructions .

(2) Use syringes , glue syringe needles and draw out 2-3ml ink from all ink

sarcs respectively.

(3)Guide the waste ink to the waste ink bin.

3.Driver installation

(1).Turn on the printer and plug the printer usb cable into the computer

(2). Insert data USB flash disk

(3). Confirm your computer's operating system is 32 or 64 bit，through "My

Computer" - "Properties"

(4). Find the corresponding driver in the U disk and install it.

4.Install the AcroRIP software.

(1).Before installing the software，Under the root directory of your

Computer's C drive, create a new folder and name it "PartnerV9"

(2). Windows XP and Windows 7 do not need to add white list.

For the WIN10 system, add the "PartnerV9" folder to the white list in your

computer Settings.Settings--Update&Security--Windows Security--Virus &

Threat Protection --Manage Settings-- Add or remove Exclusions--Add an

5.Whole process of printing

(1)Place the pet film with matte on the front side

(2)Select the image that you want to print and adjust the size and

position

(3)Make a simple setup and import the preset parameters

(4)Open and check the print setting , select correct print port .

(5)Set white and color to print simultaneously. Select “print color

first ” and “color+white” , then press print .

(6)When the printing is done , put the pet film into powder and shake to

make the powder spread evenly

(7) Set the oven at 95-100°c for 200 seconds to cure the powder

(8) Set the heat press machine at 160 ° c for 40 seconds to start heat

press transfer

1. lay a piece of shielding paper on the heat press machine

2. put the textile on the shielding paper .put the printed pet film on the

textile and adjust the position .

3. put the other shielding paper on the top and set time /temperature

for heat press transfer

4. When the heat press transfer is done , cool the pet film for a few

seconds . then tear the pet film carefully from the textile and you’ll get a

finished product

III.Maintenance
1. Work environment
The best working environment temperature 25-30 degrees,
humidity above 50%

2. The ink
Please try to use up the ink within 3 months after opening to avoid
spoilage.

3. Shut down the device

After the work is completed, please turn off the equipment in the
normal order, first turn off the printer with the button, then turn off
the main power supply, and keep the ink cartridge cart on the far

right (this is to make the print head and the waste ink pump fit
closely to prevent the print head from clogging) .
