Program Requirements:

The students are asked to design a villa for an artist (Musician, Sculpturer/craftsman, or an
Architect) revealing the design concept that suits each one of them according to their choice.
Design standards should be considered and user requirements as well. So the students should
fulfill the requirement of the project as follows:

1- Entrance
2- Living & reception (not less than 40M²).
3- Dining area (not less than 25M²).
4- Kitchen (not less than 20M²) + storage area (6M²).
5- Wash room (W.C.) (4M²).
6- Guest bedroom and bathroom (30M2).
7- Master bedroom (50M²) with its dressing area and bathroom.
8- Two bedrooms (not less than 25M²/room) with a combined bathroom.
9- Private living room (20M²).
10- Kitchenette.
11- Outdoor terraces.
12- Parking for 2 cars.
13- Maid room with bathroom (10M2).
14- Outdoor swimming pool (not less than 50M²).
15- Private garden.
