Hello, we are Jair and Ariadna and today we want to talk about the reasons and
attitudes that are needed to be a Good leader

We think that in order to become a Good leader you must follow these tips, which
are the following:

 Firstable a Good leader should listen to his/her team in order to take a Good
decisions when they ge tinto trouble.
 The second piece of advice is he/she shouldn´t be agressive in order to
have a Good reputation
 The third and last piece of advice is to be a Good leader should be nice in
order to have a Good relationships with his staff

We also believe that a person needs certain things to be a Good leader, for
example:

Someone who wants to be a Good leader needs to have the ability to solve
problems in order to find a desired solution, and monitor and evaluate the
implementation of such a solution. Also he/she needs to be empathetic in order to
encourage his/her team. In addition haves to be respectful in order to create a
Good background. In the same way they haves to make firm decisions in order to
get Good results to meet the monthly goals. Also a Good leader haves to be a
Good person
in order to be
able to create
links with
his/her team.
In addition, these are some
things that are not necessary
to be able to become a
Good leader for example. We
think that to be a Good leade
doesn´t have to be hypocrital to
get along with bosses in order
to to get a high position also
he/she doesn´t need to be ruthless to get a high position within the company in
which he/she Works.

In conclusión, Good leaders are made; their leadership is reflected in the trust they
generate employees and the ability they have to solve problems. Socializing with
employees the issues for the development objectives and obtaining through
opinions the most approppiate strategies for business management.
