 Project R.E.S.

T is a non-profit organization that offers assistance and resources to victims

of domestic and sexual assault, in the counties of Cherokee, Spartanburg, and Union.

 The Council on Sexual Assault and the SAFE Homes Network joined forces to form the

non-profit organization, which was founded in 1994.

 The acronym for the organization stands for restore, empower, support, and transform.

 Project R.E.S.T provides emergency housing for up to sixty days, providing them with

meals, clothes, transportation, daycare, and tutoring.

 This organization helps victims learn how to get help with their socials, medicals, and

other professions.

 This organization provides a twenty-four-hour crisis lines and counseling.

 Project R.E.S.T office hours are from Monday through Friday eight thirty in the morning

to five in the afternoon at all three locations.

 Project R.E.S.T provides community support and psychotherapy groups for children and

adults.
