We are pleased to present our quotation for the Aerial LiDAR and Parcellary Survey located with a total
length of 30km. The property is composed of 1 lot.
Amounts above are inclusive of VAT. Mobilization is also included in the price.

IV. Price Validity:
15 days after submission of proposal; prices may change subject to availability of materials
and change in the rate of work force and consumables.

VI. Terms and Conditions:
a. Any incidental or cost incurred by PhilSurv due to the fault of the client, will be charged
to the client.
b. Purchase order/Notice to proceed, complete inputs from client and down payment
(terms of payment mentioned above) are to be issued to Philsurv prior to start of
fieldwork. Field work to start 5 days after receipt of the documents and down payment.
c. If the project exceeds the allotted work duration due to the fault of the client, additional
cost may incur.
d. After presentation of the survey outputs, client will be given a maximum of 7 working
days to give approval or request for revisions. If no feedback from client is received within
this time period the project will be deemed complete and due for payment.
e. If client fails to pay within due date, without the need of demand, Philsurv will charge a
1% of the contract price per day.
f. Philsurv reserves the right to terminate the work upon notice to the client if it would
endanger the safety of the workers (e.g. calamity, rally, violence etc.).
g. If the client pre-terminates the contract, all payments collected by Philsurv is non-
refundable.
h. The client shall secure necessary permits as required.
i. If a Party is or will be prevented from performing any of its obligations under this Contract
by Force Majeure, then it shall give notice to the other Party of the event or circumstances
constituting the Force Majeure, and shall specify the obligations, the performance of
which is or will be prevented. The notice shall be given as soon as practicable after the
Party became aware, or should have become aware, of the relevant event or
circumstance constituting Force Majeure. “Force Majeure” means an exceptional event
or circumstance: which is beyond a Party’s control, which such Party could not reasonably
have provided against before entering into this Contract, which, having arisen, such Party
could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.
j. Additional cost for any Insurances or Bonds not stated in this contract which may be
required by the client will constitute to additional cost.
k. Philsurv not to shoulder government fees and/or other incidental costs (e.g. unpaid real
property tax, BIR certification fees, local fees, etc).
