SPONSORSHIP REQUEST FOR FSR UiTM PERLIS EVENT – “ SAF 2012 (SUKAN
ANTARA FAKULTI ) ”

I am writing to see if you and your company would be interested in sponsoring our SAF
2012 event that will be held on 22nd September 2012 at MARA University of Technology,
Arau, Perlis Darul Sunnah.

2. The aim of this event is to introduce and promote a healthy lifestyle among students, staff
and community who involves. Other than that, this event also organized to complete the
syllabus of SPS 333 –Event management subject.

3. An estimation of 250 participants and 300 audiences from students, staff of UITM and
community involves would benefit tremendously from your generosity. However,
any additional participants will be done if the public demands an appreciable portion of the
number of participants. In addition, they will get know about your brand or product of your
company. The cost estimation of the event would be RM 7, 445.00.

4. Any personal or corporate contribution, either in cash or specific item sponsorship is very
much welcomed. For smooth organization of the event, we appreciate receipt of
contributions before 10 September 2012 and for specific items at least 1 week before event
will be held. Event details such on objectives, audience, itinerary and costs are attached.
