MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

COMES NOW, the undersigned unto this honorable court, most respectfully
states:

The Undersigned accused in criminal Case No. 23075 for Homicide filed
before Regional Trial Court, 11th Judicial Region, Branch 36, General Santos City;

That the scheduled arraignment on the above entitled case is set on

September 13, 2021;

That the undersigned cannot attend on the schedule arrangement on

September 13, 2021, considering that the undersigned leaving General Santos City
on September 07, 2021 for Matti City, Davao Oriental;

That the undersigned request to this Honorable Court that on the scheduled
arraignment of the said case be transferred and reset, preferably on the month of
November 2021, respectively.

That the undersigned has no intention to cause delay the proceeding.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is earnestly prayed that the plight of

the undersigned be given meritorious consideration.
