Sea Witch

By: Gryphon Games

Sea Witch
ea Witches are the wise women of the waves.

S
They live in driftwood huts or cliffside
caverns, where they have a clear view of the
water.
Sailors Take Warning. A sea witch is not to
be crossed lightly. They can be erratic and
vindictive, placing curses on ships that doom
their crews to a watery grave. Sailors will go to great
lengths to appease a sea witch, and many will not set
sail if they suspect a sea witch is angry with them.
Hag Sisters. With their magical powers and affinity
for the water, sea witches are often mistaken for sea
hags in disguise. A sufficiently evil sea witch might join
a sea hag coven, gaining the same powers from the
bargain as the fey monsters.
