for your interview (and we

hope you are too! :D)

Have you ever...
Been in an interview and wish you had:
● An invisible cloak - because you’re too intimidated by the interviewers?
● A time-travel machine - so you can rewind the time and be more
prepared?
● A mind-reading ability - so you can ‘read’ your interviewer and know what
they’re looking for?
● Or… A teleport machine - so you can hide in the bathroom and freaking ask
yourself to relax, calm down and not be nervous!!

*if you feel all of the above, bless you! But yes, continue reading the slides, we think we can help

TIPS 02
Be Yourself. Like really.
(cheesy, we know but it’s so important we can’t ignore it)

We know it’s often hard and scary to be comfortable in your

own skin, especially in an interview!
At Gojek, we not only celebrate diversity but also thrive
because of it! Diversity includes the difference in thoughts,
backgrounds, personalities, experiences, etc. of our TROOPS
(this is how we call our employees).

So, be courageous to be your authentic self

because chances are, you might have hidden
your true charm if you’re wearing a mask at
your interview :D P.S: Yes, you can be an introvert,
we even have spaces for introvert
TROOPS at the office.
TIPS 03
Be Relevant. Oh please.

It’s often tempting to just blurt out everything that you’re good at (or simply that you know
of) in an interview, like this...

But remember, we are only interested in

the things that are relevant to your role, so
put more thoughts into what value you can
actually add to the team, instead of just
blurting out all of your experiences to us.
TIPS 04
Be Data Driven.

Okay, so now you know that we are

looking for people who are speedy,

especially when you’ve made the
wrong assumption.

But also, don’t just be a YES Man,

and agree with everything that your
interviewer says.
TIPS 06
Be Curious.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions,

it shows us what you’re

curious about!
It also reflects the values that are
important to you.

Come up with a list of questions that

matter most to you, and make sure you
get the chance to ask those questions
during your interview!
TIPS 07
Be Respectful.

Be respectful to yourself and others.
