Each participant will provide a minimum af fieen hours af ESL service tothe community thraugh an approved agency. Students may
choose service projects to suit their own interests and career purposes. There are several goals of this servic experience including: 1)
providing pract
Iteracy agencies in our community, and 3) preparing students ta teach ina variety of ESL contents

The Service Learning Case Study wil have the following components

2 Areport of ebsenations of one session of teaching/tutoring by experienced volunteers or professionals inthe service earning

notes about what went well ang what din, and how the lesson might be modified for next time. Also note a few points to keep
in mind for teaching the next lessons. The journals willbe used in class several times, so journals mast be kept up to date (5
