2023 budget to prepare PH for post-pandemic, disaster, and global economy.

On November 9, the Senate is scheduled to start debating the proposed 2023 budget. The
first full annual budget of the Marcos administration should equip the country to be resilient as it
recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic, faces additional natural disasters, and endures the
instability of the world economy. The issue on the country's budget always impact every aspect
and sectors of our country. Depends on the result of this budget allocation, our tourism could
have more budget and continuously progress or the other way around.

The issues about when the government official in the position change, they do not continue
the project.

This issue has been going on since before. Every time that a politician ends his term and a
new one gets the position, what usually happens is that the project is being stopped. Even if the
project is beneficial to the people or to the community and the environment, thy do not continue
the project and instead, tries to propose a new one. This cycle wastes the budget for the natrion.
