Group 1

Purpose Statement: The purpose of this Annotated Bibliography is to educate the classroom and
anyone interested in the healthcare discrimination of patient treatment and ageism.
Broad Team Goals: The following goals tackle the broader aspects of what is required and expected
from our group in order to productively and efficiently execute our annotated bibliography assignment.

1. We will communicate via text messaging on a weekly basis and meet on zoom if and whenever
necessary.
2. We will check how our progress to make sure we are meeting upcoming deadlines and required
standards.
3. We will help each other out as best we can and try to provide valuable feedback.
4. We will hold each other accountable for any missed deadline or lack of progress before a
deadline.

Measurable Team Goals: The following goals are more measurable goals that fall more on an objective
spectrum and are more precise than broader team goals.

1. We will meet every Thursday at precisely 8 pm.

2. We will each go over what we have added to our annotated bibliography page.
3. We will all provide feedback on each other’s work and add at least one success and one
challenge that has been presented.
4. Break time in class will be used to address any concerns that have been brought up throughout
the week.
5. Any and all changes made by anybody to our Weebly page will be published and communicated
to the whole team via text.

Personal Goals: The following goals represent what each individual in our group wishes to achieve
throughout the course of this project.

algorithms.

3. Yonny: I am committing to making sure I help out anybody on the team that needs help with
anything regarding the project.
4. Kathy: I will spend my time researching the project.

Other Concerns: The following is a list of concerns that each team member has either about themselves
or the team as a whole.
1. Alva: My concern is that I am unmotivated.
2. Stephanie: My concern is citing errors.
3. Yonny: My concern is that I will get the citing completely wrong and my vocabulary will fail the
team.
4. Kathy: My concern is everyone being fair with each other and should do their project to the best
of their ability.

Conflict Resolution:
Should any one of us not follow any of the above guidelines, two members will both contact them and
address their concerns. Members causing concerns will get 24hrs to respond appropriately (meaning not
just a yes or no answer). If a member does not respond then both members will send an email to the
professor letting them know of the situation.

Missed Deadline:
If any one of the group members misses a deadline, the member which missed said deadline will be
reached out to. We will then discuss the reason why the deadline was missed. If the circumstance is
beyond control (meaning the person with the problem just will not cooperate), the professor will be
contacted.

Unacceptable Work:
Missing sources of any kind as well as writing informally. Before the deadline, we can all review each
other’s work and add suggestions which will have to be done in 24hrs unless the circumstance is beyond
our control.
