Part 1: Checklist for team start-up


A. Driving Issues
1. We formed this team to work together and exchange knowledge.
2. Important group issues are disagreements, late appointments, non-
cooperation on assignments.
3. The scope of the group is to develop together, support learning, and acquire
knowledge.

B. Goals
1. The project's specific goals are to increase knowledge and team efficiency.
2. - For us, success entails the members' contributions, the completion of tasks,
and the achievement of high results.
- We define success as each individual's progress toward achieving the
desired goal.
3. - We make these objectives measurable by evaluating the outcomes and
prices of others.
- If not, we consider the team's efforts.
4. The targets will help us achieve the same goal.

C. Roles and Responsibilities

1. - Team members are chosen because they have complementary advantages


and disadvantages, sharing a common mission.
- The skills/expertise that each team member brings are presentation skills,
critical thinking, creativity,and design.
2. The role of the team leader is group management, division of work, schedule
management and capacity assessment of each member.
3. The role of the facilitator is: to support difficulties and to help with orientation.

D. Deliverables/Timeline
1. The output for this team is that we need to master the knowledge related to
the specialty, solve problems and complete the project of the course well.
2. We have 10 weeks to prepare and complete the projects of the course.

4. The deadline for deliverables is 4 weeks and we need to prepare well during
those 4 weeks.
E. Commitment
1. We plan to spend 15 weeks on this effort
2. All team members must be available and punctual at all times.

F. Communication
1. Our team contacts via Email and our leader also creates a group in Zalo for
us to share information and important informs.
2. We will have an appointment once a week through Google meet or library.
Everything related to group meetings will be informed in the Zalo group.
3. We decide to check all updates once a week in group meetings to follow the
improvement process of each other.
4. We expect that each member should finish all tasks and be on time in all
meetings to show respect for other members.
5. When we are in conflict, we will be calm and share our opinions to solve the
problems together. We have to be equal in all circumstances.
