1. Abstract
This is an Online Mobile Store Management System Project. This project is a sort of
eCommerce website or an online shop/store. The application gives an online platform
for the mobile store's clients or possible clients to explore, browse, and order their
desired product. The project has an online payment feature using Cash on delivery ,
Jazzcash , Easypaisa etc . This system has lots of features and functionalities which
are commonly found on an eCommerce website. It has a pleasant user interface and
user-friendly functionalities.

2. Introduction
The Online Mobile Store Management System has 2 sides of the user interface which
are the Admin Panel and Client/Public-Side. The Admin Panel can be accessed only
by the management or the system admin user while the clients or possible client can
freely create their system account in order to use the important features of the system
such as shopping cart and placing orders. All of the data/information that can be
found on the client/public side can be configure or modified through the admin panel.
This system also generates a printable date-wise sales report.

3. Objective
It is an online mobile store management system. Customer will see the mobile
and all the functionalities of mobile and ordered easily through this website.
Customer can purchase the accessories of mobile and also purchase the mobile
hardware with the help of this website.

4. Related System Analysis/Literature Review

We have seen that there is no any website which is working on that special domain
which provides us just Mobile related things. Our intended website has many clones
there but they are not working for specially Mobile phones and all there accessories.
Our application has a user friendly interface so any one of any age will easily use it
and can order any phone or its any accessory.

5. Problem Statement
The main disadvantage is that there is no other website of e-commerce which
provides ability of capturing mobile phones and their accessories online, some
of them has only mobiles and some have only accessories and others have
everything of e-commerce . So, we are working for giving mobile lovers a
special platform where only mobile phones and its accessories available.

6. Proposed Methodology/Architecture
First we made our website with easy to use interface and all the modules
which are needed then we make a database where our user data and admin
data and mobile data will be stored. Then we provide the Stripe integration in
our website for the online purchase case and online checkouts. We also
provide cash on delivery service which makes a great user experience.
7. Project Scope
. It has large scope for the Mobile Shop Management System&
Mobile Information.
This website stores all information of the Mobiles.
This website can able to accept user request and manages information
like Mobile’s as well as the Customers and Clients
It provides the facility of Mobile Information with their Prices.
This project Provide facility of payment and purchase Products
8. Application Areas
Yes our project has a real value because we are targeting the main users in our
society. Everyone needs mobile in case of any emergency. Our proposed
website is working on mobile delivery so we can say that our project has a real
value and it provides a great ease to our peoples. Over the time we will also
include other modules which increases the user usability.

9.Tools/Technology
This web application was developed using PHP, MySQL Database, HTML, CSS,
JavaScript (Ajax & jQuery), Bootstrap, AdminLTE Template, and some other
libraries/plugins. I created this project using XAMPP version 3.30 and does have
a PHP version of 8.0.7.

10.Team Members Individual Tasks/Work Division

All the development and coding work Frontend and Backend will be handled
by Khuda Bakhsh and Hammad Nasir.
All the Document and research work will be handled by Muhammad Usama.
