    Sub: Regarding permission for the Night Party Picnic.

    Respected Sir/Madam

    I, Oageng Mokoti, would like to submit that I have decided to organize the Night
    Party Picnic at Senyawe village on the 31st of December 2022.

    I will have around 150 people at Night Party Picnic. This event will start on
    Saturday at 12 midnight and end on Sunday at 6.00am. I will ensure that no rules
    are broken during this event and I will request your department to kindly grant
    me the permission to organize this event.

    This event will feature live music performances and alcohol sale.

    I request you please grant permission for the event at the earliest so that we can
    start working on the event. If you need any more details please feel free to call
