DAVIES ® ACREEX ™
CHLORINATED RUBBER BASED FLOOR COATING

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION DAVIES® ACREEX™ is a modified Chlorinated Rubber Based coating formulated to protect and beautify
floors, walls, and roofs. It has outstanding exterior durability and abrasion resistance. It has superior
water-proofing properties with good alkali and chemical resistance.

RECOMMENDED USE Ideal for interior & exterior concrete floors such as:
● Garage

● Kitchen

● Porch

● Basketball Court

● Tennis Court

● Traffic Markings

Color : White, Black, also available in 7 standard colors

Dry Film Thickness (Approximately)
Dry Film (DFT) : 35 microns ~ 50 microns per coat
Drying Time @ 28°C : Re-coat - 2 to 4 hours

Practical Coverage : As primer coat = 16 - 20 m² per 4 liter per coat
As top coat = 20 - 25 m² per 4 liter per coat

APPLICATION SURFACE PREPARATION

Concrete
New concrete must be cured for at least 28 days. Surface must be clean, free from moisture, contaminants and
other materials which may impair good adhesion. Use Davies Subprep-Clean and Etch Solution in cases of
contaminated and non-porous (smooth and shiny) surfaces.
For old surfaces, wax must be completely removed. Remove flaking, cracking, peeling paint then roughen
surface with sand paper.

Metal and Wood Surface

Grind and sand all sections to be coated . Surface must be clean and completely free from wax, oil grease, rust,
moisture and other foreign materials.

PAINTING SYSTEM
First Coat
If necessary, thin down 4 liters of Davies Acreex with no more than 1 liter of ACX-R Acreex Reducer. Stir
thoroughly. Apply by brush, roller or spray and let dry for at least 1 hour.

Final Coat
Stir Davies® Acreex™ thoroughly. Pouring it back and forth from one container to another is a good practice to
ensure homogenous mixing. Apply ane full coat of Davies® Acreex™ straight from the can.
