The document discusses macro processes, which are sets of processes and activities that companies use to achieve strategic objectives. There are three main types of macro processes: primary or business processes related to the company's purpose, managerial processes that aim to monitor and manage the organization, and support processes that enable primary processes. Identifying macro processes provides a holistic view of how a company works and the relationships between different parts, helping with issues like integration, problem identification, and performance monitoring across all stages. Management by macro processes can help standardize operations and ensure resources are used efficiently to meet common objectives and add value for clients.

MOHSIN NOOR SP19-BAF-020 SUBMIITED TO SR. AMAR RASHID DATE 29, NOV 2022 ASSIGNMENT 3 PROCESS MACRO The PROCESS macro is essentially an unofficially modification to statistical programs like SPSS that computes regression analyses containing various combinations of mediators, moderators, and covariates. Macro processes are set of processes and activities that are used to achieve a company’s strategic objectives. They are made of processes that occur in different sectors, involving different functions or positions. These processes can occur in a chained or parallel way, but they have some degree of similarity. To identify macro processes, an understanding of the company's environment is required. Such as "What demands does my company meet?" What do we do, and what steps do we take? Is it necessary to include more than one industry? Is the work standardized, and is the quality delivered consistent? What are the effects of each activity on the result?
MACRO PROCESS TYPES
Usually there are three types of process macro which are as Primary or business macro Set of process which are related to the purpose of company’s existence Managerial macro process set of processes that aim to monitor, measure, follow up, control, and manage the present and the future of the organization. It relates to management in the strategic, operational, or financial aspects. Support macro process processes that are not directly related to the company’s core business, which means they do not directly add value to the client. However, they are important because they provide all the support so that the primary processes can be carried out more easily and efficiently. A melding of two ideas conceptually and analytically Process Analysis used to calculate and analyze the direct and indirect pathways through which an independent variable transmits its effect on a dependent variable through an intermediary. Better known as “mediation analysis” these days. Moderation Analysis used to examine how the effect of an independent variable on an dependent variable depends on a third moderator variable.
Benefits of Macro Process
macro processes provide a holistic view for the company’s management. A macro process view provides different benefits such as Critical analysis and extended views Identification of problem, failures Reduction of rework Faster troubleshooting Greater integration within the company, if you understand how the interaction and interconnection of processes and sectors takes place how work is done and relationship between supplier and customer Provides monitoring of the performance of all stages of the process sets. Management by processes and the vision by macro processes, and consequently their standardization, is a very common practice for companies that seek to stand out in the market, ensuring all their resources are used in favor of a common objective, adding value to their clients.
