8. Bread Station : Croissant, Danish, Russian Twist, American Soft Roll, Button Bread, Plaited

Second Course (Follower):

2. Porridge:
 Mung Bean Porridge
 Black Sticky Porridge
 Hot Semolina: Semolina Flour, oatmeal, fresh milk, whipped cream, sugar,
greated chocolate
 Bircher Muesli: Yogurt, Freash Milk, Whipped cream, custard cream, Greated
apple, greated almond, lime juice, raisin, fruit cocktail, oatmeal

Third Course (Main Dishes):


1. Nasi Goreng, satay, pickles, and crackers
2. Mie Goreng, chicken, pickles, and crackers
3. Omelette with Beef Sausage: Plain, Mushroom, Cheese
4. Grilled Minute Steak with Black Pepper Sauce, Hashbrown Potato, Broiled Tomato
5. Homemade Pancake with Maple Syrup & Butter Scotch
6. Chicken Porridge
Side dish for Chicken Porridge: Chives, chicken, soya sauce, sweet soya sauce, sambal,
fried shallot, leek, celery, boiled egg, crackers, fried soy beans
*Hashbrown: Kentang yang diparut atau dipotong julienne, kemudian dicetak (biasanya
persegi) kemudian di-pan fried
*Broiled Tomato: Tomat di panggang dengan menggunakan api atas bawah
*Butter Scotch: Honey, Palm Sugar, Butter
