2. Pork Jowl Skillet breakfast skillet, comes with 2 eggs done in customers
choice, garlic+egg+Plantain Fried rice, spring vegetables

3. Pork Belly Benedict Slab of pork belly on a open faced toasted english
muffin topped with collard greens, onsen egg, Carmelized oyster mushroom, and
finished with miso butter, served with a chunky-acidic vegetable salad
4. Steak & Eggs Grilled Kalbi, on the bone, with 2 Eggs, any style, kimchee
potato hash.

5. Kimchi Bokkeumbap wok fired kimchi fried rice, chicken, green onion, and
poached egg.

6. Shrimp & Grits fermented chinese black bean, andouille sausage, chinese
celery, cilantro

7. Baked Coconut French Toast - whipped coconut cream, brioche, fresh


and toasted
8. Mango, Papaya, & Yogurt Greek Yogurt, mango, papaya, homemade
granola/cereal ( maybe add some dried fruit, pumpkin seed, and pistacchio)
