Objective

The objective is to develop an online system for Certified True Copy for auto-
generated certified true copy form without human intervention. The system
will help companies and individual users to get certified true copies from a
predefined list of data extracts as soon as payment is verified.

System Login/SignUp

Only authorized users can log in to the system. The user will provide the
correct user ID and password to log into the system.
Fill in your user ID and Password

If you are not a company user, then you can sign up in the system.

Fill in all the required fields.

After clicking on the SignUp button, the user will get a verification code
on email and provided mobile number.

After successful sign up, please Log in to the system.

In the first section, you need to enter the company name for which you

name whose Digital Certified True Copies are required
E.g. GIGA HERTZ COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED

Some company's data cannot be given in CTC, because they are in

inquiry.

Company name and Incorporation will be populated.

In Second Section, You need to list the Documents whose Digital CTC
is required.

Here the fees will appear

If some company data is not available e.g. as the company has no

data for a mortgage then the system will notify the user at earlier
stages.

In Section three, User needs to enter Payment Details.

Payment can be done through:
Bank Challan
Credit Card
ADC/ePayment

Section four contains the Applicant's Information, these fields are

non-editable and are prefilled with the SignIn/SignUp Information.

This email address will be used to communicate with the user.

Payment Verification will also be sent to this email.
Digital Document will also be delivered to this email.

required fees.

Your challan will be verified by SECP's resource person, and

you'll be notified through an email.

You can also access Digital CTC under the Digital Certified True
Copy link on the first page after login.

Once you get the desired CTC's you'll find a QR Code on the top-right
of the page.

You can scan this QR Code using any mobile/web scanner.

This code consists of the data, the CTC name and details of the
company, and the person who requested the CTC.

This link contain some basic information of company like; CNIC, name
registered office etc.
