You are tasked with locating Oberst (Colonel) Torsten Weinreich a missing member of the Twilight

Legion. Oberst Weinreich is a third generation Berlin Cadet Corp graduate and officer of the German
Bundeswehr (Armed Forces). His quick ascension through the ranks destined him to a position within
the Teutonic Order aka The Templars prior to the outbreak of the Weltkrieg.

Oberst Weinreich disappeared during a secret expedition to Africa by way of Cairo, Egypt. He and his
Templar’s were seen traveling south from Cairo. Shortly thereafter, Oberst and his fellow Templar’s
vanished.

You and your team assembled after Oberst Weinreich was spotted in the Yucatan outside of Campeche.
After your arrival, you learned that cities all along the Yucatan’s northern coast suffered from an
outbreak of mass disappearances and unexplained deaths. Your investigations led you into the heart of
the jungle and to a horrifying and brutal discovery. Oberst Weinreich had unleashed a powerful dark
force named Camazotz and was key to feeding the creature’s insatiable hunger for human flesh. Oberst
Weinreich had to be stopped.

The trail of blood eventually led you to Merida. Deep beneath the city, in a labyrinth of limestone, you
uncovered the nightmarish truth. Camazotz was a vampiric entity surrounded by dozens of undead
mindless servants. Worst, Oberst Weinreich was nowhere to be found, likely lost to Camazotz’s hunger.
A frenetic battle ensued, yet Camazotz escaped. Injured but unshaken you pursued your enemy to the
ancient Mayan temple of Tikal in Guatemala. However, your pursuit was in fact a trap. Tikal was the true
lair of Camazotz. A massive army of vampiric undead was unleashed upon you. You spent the entire
night in pure terror and panic as you and your companions scrambled through the hostile jungle for your
lives. Only daybreak and a large clearing in the jungle saved you from obliteration.

Outmatched and outwitted and with Oberst Weinreich presumed dead, you and the team fled to
Panama by way of Honduras and Nicaragua. From Panama each of you would return home alive but
scarred nevertheless.

Just before you set sail, you read an interesting article in the local paper. A professor named Augustus
von Larkin was enlisting the aid of fellow explorers and archaeologists to uncover a lost pyramid in
southern Peru. The article went nearly unnoticed until one of you remembered that von Larkin was the
maiden name of Oberst Weinreich’s grandmother. Could Oberst Weinreich still be alive? If so, you are
determined to find him and bring him to justice.

You arrive in Lima, Peru to meet "Augustus von Larkin" under an assumed identity...
