reassess. Proof of improvement includes, extra worksheets from the teacher, tutoring during
FLIGHT on the topic, flashcards, creating an activity online, practicing using Quizlet, writing
practice on the topic, etc. Appropriate proof will depend upon the assignment. Retakes must be
done within two weeks from receiving the grade. Teachers will offer reassessment opportunities
on some assessments and deadlines will be set by the teacher. Reassessments and tutoring
sessions will ONLY be offered during NEST.
**In accordance with North Point’s grading policy, no extra credit opportunities will be given.
3. Homework is due on the designated date at the beginning of class.
4. Make up work will be arranged (after class or at flight, also check synergy anytime) at the
student’s request as long as the student has an EXCUSED absence note. It is your
responsibility to make up work. There will be no make up work done during regularly
scheduled class time. You may make up work, quizzes and tests during NEST. I will provide
make-up work and the make-up work will be completed and submitted to me within 3 days
