EA? account with any broker in order to run the Software.

Trade Notify (Telegram) EA is developed to notify your Trading activity i.e

1.1 Setting Metatrader (MT4/MT5) Terminal

3. The EA is not loaded to the chart
and we checked there is
initialization failed (X) in the Experts
Tab?
This is normal if you first time set up this EA, the initialization (startup) fails
because you need to set Metatrader Terminal according to the EA
requirements i.e Telegram API, Webrequest Checked, Allow DLL, Allow
Automatic Trading, and some Other Things that cause initialization to fail.
Follow the instructions and you shall be able to use the EA.

The EA Failed to attach to the Chart?

3.1 Setting Metatrader (MT4/MT5) Terminal

1. Metatrader Terminal Setting

In Expert Advisor Tab

Tools  Options  Expert Advisors 

Allow WebRequest for Listed URL

a) Open Tools  Options  Expert Advisors  “Tick” as below

 Allow automated trading / Allow algorithmic trading
 Allow DLL imports
 Allow WebRequest for listed URL

and then go to Allow WebRequest for listed URL: and add below Telegram API

c) Attach the Expert Advisor (EA) and follow any Instructions if there is any Alert appeared.

Note:
If you have received a Failed/Error on Start-Up, this is normally happened when the Metatrader Terminal NOT setup
according to our Software Requirement.

d) If everything was setup correctly, you shall see smiley face (on right top) and you can change the EA setting based
on your preferences afterward.

Question:

1. When we have to perform this setup?

You need to perform this one-time setup for every New Installed MT4/MT5 and before you start to use and run
the Expert Advisor (EA). This is to avoid any Failed/Error when you have attached the EA to the Chart.

2. Do I need to repeat the same if I use other EAs?

If you use other EAs in the same Terminal, you are NOT require to do this again however if the other EAs require
to add any new URL which is not in the list, then you shall add the new URL to the WebRequest (Allow WebRequest
for listed URL:)

2. EA Settings: Telegram BOT Interaction

In Expert Advisor (EA) Settings:

Select YES (BOT Interaction in USE) = To enable Telegram BOT Interaction

Select NO (BOT Interaction NOT in USE) = To disable Telegram BOT Interaction

3. EA settings: Telegram Setup

In Expert Advisor (EA) Settings :

Select Type of Channel/Group for Notification

You have an option either to Use Channel/Group ID (Private) or Use Channel/Group Name (Public). Normally it depends
on your selection where you want the notification to be sent at.

Create/Get Telegram BOT TOKEN & Channel/Group ID/Name

Note: Telegram BOT TOKEN & Channel/Group ID/Name is a MUST in order to make the EA to work!

NOTE:
1. If you have entered incorrect BOT TOKEN, it will return initialization failed (X), in order for Trade Notify
(Telegram) to work, it requires BOT TOKEN available and ready to use.
2. If you use Use Channel/Group Name (Public)  the Channel/Group Name (Public) must be correct.
3. If you use Use Channel/Group ID (Private)  the Channel/Group ID (Private) must be correct.
4. If you can see any Country Flag (based on your setup which country do you set up) in your Channel/Group
when you RUN this EA, the Channel/Group is ready for the Notification.

4. EA settings: Country Flag and Welcome Message

In Expert Advisor (EA) settings:

Show Country Flag on Notification

 This Country to be show if you have successfully setup the EA,
this is the first message you will received in your
Channel/Group.
 On Certain type of Text Notification, you can include country
Flag in your TEXT or SCREENSHOT Notification, check it out on
the EA setting the variety of Type of Notification.

Your Country Name In Capital Letter

 Above as an example ONLY, you may type your own country or
any other country. If it is available, you will see the country flag
on your Channel/Group during first time running the EA.
 Make sure all-in capital and without space, example UNITED
KINGDOM = UNITEDKINGDOM

Other Settings:
 If you like to have Welcome Message or Test Chart Screenshot
during first time running the EA, just turn it to = true

Show Notification activity on chart

 Just keep it this option as true as this is why we use Trade Notify
(Telegram) EA 😊. But some user may don’t like to see anything
on chart just turn it to false.

6. EA settings: Additional ScreenShot TEXT and Customize Text

In Expert Advisor (EA) settings:

Customize Text1 until Text6 is an additional Text to your Notification. If you Don’t require any Text to be sent along
with the Trading Notification, remove the Text and leave it empty. Click Here For Example

If you require a ScreenShot of Chart whenever you make a New Order, Pending Order, Modify Order, Delete Pending,
etc. Set it to true (Telegram ScreenShot for Order = true) and you will receive the ScreenShot in your Telegram
Channel/Group. You may add the Additional Text based on your preferences.

7. EA Settings: Order Notification Settings and Type of Profit Shows

8. EA Settings: Daily Summary and Summary by Time Lapse

In Expert Advisor (EA) settings:

For this setting, you can Turn ON/OFF about Daily Summary and Summary by Time Lapse.

On Daily Summary : You will get based on Set Time in daily basis the Summary Notification of your daily Trading

On Summary by Time Lapse : You will get Summary Notification by Time Lapse set of your Trading (Start count from
the last Trading activity)

Time Daily Summary notification is based on your Broker Time.

Other Than That, you can Select the type of Trading Summary Notification to be sent to your Telegram Channel/Group.

9. EA Settings: Watermark (Your Own Logo)

In Expert Advisor (EA) settings: For Logo File :

For Trade Notify (Telegram) EA, you can add watermark to Your LOGO must be created and save in bmp file :
your Chart ScreenShot. Its just a basic setting, you may YOURLOGO.bmp
change it based on your preferences and choice.
FOR MT4:
 You can change After you have created&saved your logo .bmp , Go to
Based on your Text File  Open Data Folder  MQL4  Images  Copy
Watermark and Paste your .bmp file to here.

 It will show the FOR MT5:

10. EA Settings: Others

Adjust Chart Display:

Some of user may experience problem with Screen Resolution and sometime its look to Big and not every Text can be seen
on chart. Adjust Chart Display setting according to your resolution/view.

Show Comment On Chart :

For first time user, just leave it Show Comment so that you can see instruction on chart.

Change Text Label and Border Style :

You can Change the Text Label and Border Style and any other settings based on your own preferences.

Tips & Tricks

1. If you want to have better experience to use Trade Notify (Telegram) EA, follow as below recommendation:
 Create 2 Telegram BOT , and make it the Telegram BOT TOKEN ready
 Attach Trade Notify (Telegram) EA in 2 different Chart, Setup as usual BUT the different as below:
o Chart 1 – Telegram Text Notification = true , Telegram ScreenShot for Order = false
o Chart 2 – Telegram Text Notification = false, Telegram ScreenShot for Order = true

 Telegram Text Notification alone is faster process the whole algorithm and provide notification to Telegram almost
instantly. The EA has to finish all the algorithm sequence in order to start the process again, hence this affect can
only be seen if we have many New Orders or Closed Order or Pending Order and all these Orders require
notification to Telegram at very short period. If you include the Screenshot, the process will take a little bit longer
and may cause the overall sequence mess up.
 To avoid above, setup in one MT4/MT5 account with
o Chart 1 – Telegram Text Notification = true , Telegram ScreenShot for Order = false
o Chart 2 – Telegram Text Notification = false, Telegram ScreenShot for Order = true

Note:

If you want the Screenshot to be included in the Notification we are recommend to Setup the EA in 2 different
Chart as above setting (Chart 1 & Chart 2), if you just require the Text Notification it is enough to Setup in one
Chart (Chart 1) only.

2. DO NOT use the same BOT TOKEN / Telegram BOT TOKEN for Trade Notify (Telegram) EA, every EA attach to the Chart
must have their own unique BOT TOKEN / Telegram BOT TOKEN, if you see an Alert as below

If you have prompt with Alert Error!!! More

than One same BOT use at the Time!!

a. Create Another Telegram BOT or use

another BOT TOKEN in the EA settings.

b. Every EA must have different BOT TOKEN

in order for EA to recognize and execute
BOT Interaction (if require)

Note:

Once the Alert appeared in your MT4/MT5 account, check at Experts/Journal Tab the same error message will captured.

 Remove the EA from the Chart and re-attach&Setup again (call .set file) and change the BOT TOKEN as require.
 You need to do it this step so that the EA will reset the error & it will perform as usual.

How to Use Telegram BOT Interaction

1. To start the BOT interaction, set the Bot Interaction YES (BOT Interaction in Use)
2. Input the Telegram BOT TOKEN in the EA setting (Every EA attach to the Chart
must have different BOT TOKEN to avoid an error)
3. On your Metatrader Terminal Chart You should see the name of your BOT

4. Change the Enable or

Disable Password settings
whenever necessary, the Enable
Pass 1 to be used to start the
Interaction with the BOT.
5. To Start Interaction search the Telegram BOT and once you have found it click
START or /start and Type your Enable Pass 1
6. By type e1 you should see the BOT replied MENU PAGE, if you see the MENU
PAGE, the Interaction is already established and you can use&click any button
available and the BOT shall interact with your MT4/MT5 EA directly.
7. Just start the Interaction and explore what this BOT is able to change your EA
settings directly (You can access anywhere as long as you have the SmartPhone
and Telegram App)
8. In the next page, few examples on the Output from the Interaction with your
Telegram BOT.

Note:

BOT Interaction is just nice to have function, the main still the EA settings itself,
you may use or not to use Bot Interaction depending on your preferences.

Expert Advisor [EA] Not Loaded to the Chart

To diagnose the cause of Expert Advisor (EA) not loaded to the Chart, you can check it through the Metatrader Terminal
Alert (1) or Experts (2) or Journal (3)

Either one will indicate why you have Failed to load the EA to the Chart. As in the image below, you can see the Message
initialization failed (1) and ExpertRemove function called.

What do I need to do?

In this case, the ID is not registered, you have to register the ID (Software Activation) in order to load EA to the Chart.

Note: If you are asking for help/support from us, please include a screenshot of your Metatrader Terminal i.e Alert, Experts
and Journal which cause the error so that we can advise you accordingly.
