Slicing
A so-called slicertakes a 3D drawing (most often in.STL format) and
translates this model into individual layer. It then generates the
machine code that the printer will use for printing.

MOBILE STAND
We made a mobile stand using SOLIDWORKS 2015 software.
We created a 3 Dimensional mobile stand where person can
hold his mobile and look from 3 different angles.
This is a normal way you can hold your phone
Phone stands are small object that are used to
prop up your
mobile device. They are designed to sit on a hard
surface, like a
table or desk, so you can watch funny videos
,and you can keep
your phone clean and safe
3DSCANNING
Norld
ord
Similar to the increasing affordability that has revolutionized the
desktop 3D printer market,3D scanning technology is undergoing a
fresh transformation as these devices become easier to use, less
expensive, and most importantly, more capable of capturing high-
quality 3D images.

plate. We also attach texture camera for colours.

1.Creality ender 3
The Ender 3 from creality 3D Has been of the most anticipated 3D printer
one
releases of 2018. Released in march, e Ender 3 is great example of everything that
budget 3D printer should be.

3.Flashforgecreator pro
The creator pro is a desktop 3D printer made by Flashforge, one of the
largest 3D printer and filament manufactures in china.the flashforge
creator pro is equipped with a versatile duel extruder.Unlike idex based
systems, where the nozles move independently from each other on
the x-axis, this set up uses two aligned print heads. While this may
allow for quicker dual extrusion prints ,due to the
decreased travelling
time of the print heads, a bit of tinkering
may be needed to adjust
retraction times ,to prevent any oozing from the inactive nozzle.
Applications
Prototyping
Engineering
School& colleges
FEATURES
Sturdy metal frame for substantially more stability
4.Flashforgefinder
The Flashforge Finder 3D Printer allows you to create three-dimensional prints.
Use PLA filament to create
printsin resolutions as fine as 100 microns, or in
rougher 500-micron layers when a quicker, less intricate result is required
On the printer you can send prepared 3D files to the finder via USB, Wi-Fi, or
SD card and navigate the menu via its 3.5" LCD touchscreen. The slide-in
build plate helps remove objects
easily by drawing it out, which minimizes
the chance of damage or offsets to the
build plate. The Finder operates at
just 50 dB or less you can 3D print without making
excessive noise.

PLA (Polylactic Acid)
Polylactic Acid (PLA) Is different than most thermoplastic polymers in that
t is derived from renewable like corn starch or
sugar cane Most plastic, by
contrast, are derived from the distillation and polymerization of
nonrenewable petroleum reserves. Plastic that are derived from biomass
reserves. Plastic that are derived from biomass (e.g. PLA) are known as
"bioplastic"
Advantages
Works well for beginners
Disadvantage
Prone to clogging or jamming the printer nozzle
Advantages
Very durable and strong
Disadvantage
Requires a high temperature to reach a melting point (210 c-250c).
cPVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol)
Poly Vinyl Alcohol (known as PVA, PVOH, or PVAL) is a synthetic polymer. Vinyl
acetate is first polymerized to form poly vinyl acetate, it is then hydrolyzed to
create the PVA filament used for 3D printing.
PVA is another plastic material that is available as filament for 3D printers. While
every filament has its own advantages, PVA is very unique in that it dissolves
quickly in water. Depending on the project and your creativity, PVA filament
be an innovative solution for 3D printing. It is important to understand how PVA
filament is used and stored before using it with your 3D printer.
Advantage
Non-toxic and biodegradable
Soluble in water
Disadvantage
Difficult to source
Applications
Wood filaments are often used in decors or materials that you want to achieve
with a wooden nature. You can use it to print a wooden box, wooden figurine,
tables, chairs, cups or the likes.
Advantage
Contain real wood fibers.
Disadvantage
Softer and weaker compared to PLA.
Reduced flexibility.
