stand representing the four directions.)

Voice over: In the beginning, God created the universe, he created the sun, the moon,
planets and stars. Then, it was not enough for Him. So, he decided to create plants
and animals for men to use in order to survive. But God was not happy, He finally
decided to create man. Man of his own image. However, it was not an ordinary man
but a scout. Lord, we beseech thee in thy mercy to give us light. Give us light…..
FIRST SCOUT: (LIGHT HIS TORCH) “This light represents the spirit of scouting. He
who lights of this torch will brighten the whole world.”
SECOND SCOUT: (LIGHT HIS TORCH) “This light reminds us the first point of the
scout oath “On my honor, I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country
the Republic of the Philippines.”

scout oath “To help other people at all times.”

straight.”
