Dear Mami and Dadi,

You are the parents that I, as a son, would love to have. You sacrificed so much for
us even though we do not deserve it. We often lie to both of you because we do not
want to be scolded.

Mami, when I was still a kid, you fought other mothers to defend me, because you
know that your son did not do something wrong, and I appreciate you so much for
that because you trusted me, you know that I would not be stupid and act like a fool
like other kids do.

Dadi, you taught me courage and to be brave. You encouraged me to pursue karate
so that I could defend myself from thieves, killers, or people who wants harm. You
taught us to be like you even though we could not be what you want us to be. Even
though we are irresponsible, you still took the time to understand us no matter how
long it takes.

We love you both for your dedication on guiding us in our journey. We thank you for
your unending love and support for your children. We appreciate your efforts for
giving us strength and for teaching us faith. You are the parents who paved the way
for our success.

As your children, we hope to do the same and that both of you could see how far we
have become in our life, we are trying our best with all we have so that we would not
disappoint you. We love you both for giving us the opportunity to live and experience
life, it may not be easy, but it is one of the best.
