injuries and occupational illnesses are preventible. We are committed to achieve the highest
performance in Occupational Health and Safety by setting and regularly reviewing defined
objectives and targets

We promote healthy life styles for our employees and their families.

We integrate EHS into all phases of the company business system. EHS excellence is integral to
all of our business strategies. We work to create a ‘zero incident mindset and to continuously
improve our EHS performance.

Safe and healthy working environment and safety culture will be maintained to achieve “Zero”
work related incidents, injuries or illness to employees, contractors and visitors. We are
committed to achieve the highest performance in Occupational Health and Safety by setting
and regularly reviewing defined objectives and targets

We shall be the leader in preventing occupational related health and safety by demonstrating
our continual improvement process, aimed at meeting the customer expectations,
shareholder’s expectations and the communities in which our products are manufactured,
marketed and utilized.

We will continually strive to minimize injury and ill-health through our primary objectives are:

 Training all employees on OHS

 Minimizing near misses

 Zero LTA accidents

We will document, implement, maintain and communicate this policy to all employees.
Conformance with the policy is the responsibility of every employee.

We will evaluate the effectiveness of our OHS through internal audits, with the overall aim of
continually improving our environmental performance.
