Nowadays, a lot of people do not take the word of God seriously.

The
most recent generations embrace the idea that they can define truth as they
see it. Some of the cultural issues are drugs, homosexual relationships,
suicide, and so on. I will talk about the LGBT community, which is hugged by
most young people these days.
“But at the beginning of creation God ‘made them male and female.’
‘For this reason, a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his
wife, and the two will become one flesh.” (Mark 10:6-8) Even in the word of
God, it is written that He made man and woman become one flesh, He did not
make a woman with woman or man with man. But people in our day live how
they want and ignore biblical principles. What do people say about LGBT? “On
the part of the general public, opposition to same-sex marriage remains
substantial, and religious beliefs are a major factor. Just under half of
Americans (45%) say they think engaging in homosexual behavior is a sin.”
(Pew Research Center, 2013) But still, there are still 55% of the public agrees
with LGBT and supports them. One of my friends is also in the LGBT
community, and so many times I talked to her that this is a sin, and this is not
for what God created us. One of her arguments was that bible does not say it
is a sin to date a girl being a girl, or to date a boy being a boy. And I showed
her exactly what God says about it, “If a man has sexual relations with a man
as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They
are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.” (Leviticus
20:13)
In conclusion, I can say that the LGBT community has become
something normal for most people, but we as Christians, have the mission to
open their eyes and show them the right path.
