1. A food product that has been launched during the years of 2017:
Jerky-style smoked salmon

Salmon jerky from Speyside Smokehouse has been added to the inventory of European jerky
manufacturer Meatsnacks Group. The salmon used to make the Scottish Highlands' jerky is
Scottish Atlantic-farmed salmon that has been deboned and has been trimmed before being
marinated for an entire night. Store-cupboard staples like soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, black
pepper, and sea salt are used to make the marinade. After that, the salmon is slowly smoked
and cooked over beech wood.

2. A food product that has been launched during the years of 2022:
Uglies Kettle Chips: Sweet Potato Chips

Upcycled sweet potato chips known as Uglies Sweets have just been added to the Uglies Kettle
Chips product range. Sweet potatoes with imperfections are used to make the chips, which are
kettle-cooked in small quantities and mildly salted. They are made in a nut-free facility, gluten
free, non-GMO Project confirmed, kosher certified, and a great source of vitamin A. Thus,
Uglies Sweets will first be sold in 15-ounce bags at a few Sam's Clubs. Later this month, a few
merchants will start to stock smaller 1.5- and 5.5-ounce packs.
