welcome to the liberum digital

onboarding process

my name is zachary onyamenu and i'm the

acting ceo and founder of the liberal

digital marketing agency

i just want to quickly preface this by

going over what we can expect in the

next 45 to 60 minutes because that is

actually how long our onboarding process

takes or at least that's what our

clients do tend to tell us

so if you have anything to do within the

next 45 to 60 minutes i kindly ask that

you put these

activities to the side so we can get the

onboarding process out of the way and

move on to what we do best which is

achieving results for our clients

now obviously i'm not sure

whether you've worked with an agency

before that will depend on who is

listening to

this presentation

but whether you have or whether you

haven't i just want to place emphasis on

ensuring you that this onboarding

process will be vastly different to

anything that you've experienced before

scrambling for passwords for weeks back

and forth

you know

scrambling for company assets

failing to being able to log into

facebook ads managers and all and all

manner of other messy issues trivial

issues which should have been dealt with

immediately

here in lebron we offer a swift

onboarding process you know i know it is

a bit tedious having to do having to sit

down for 45 to 60 minutes but i mean

that's an hour and once that's out of

the way we can move on to

helping your social media grow

and achieving results which i said is

what we do best

on top of that i also want to cover what

to expect over the next 90 days because

this is a 90 day social growth program

but it might be

covering what to expect over the next 12

months or six months or three years or

however long you do actually end up

staying with us for you know just the

other month we were doing a calculation

for the retention of our average client

and it came out to just over a year so


you know i think that does actually

speak to

the level of

with the performance that our agency

actually operates at and it also speaks

to

the way that we build strong

foundational relationships with our

clients

and the results that they're happy with

building their social media profile to a

standard that they can't deny is

brilliant and

business and a small business you know a

business that fails as we all know 90 of

businesses fail and that's because

they're not willing to take steps like

you've just taken so i just want to give

you a warm welcome and a big

congratulations and i want to let you

know that we don't take it lightly and

we will do all in our power to make sure

that this relationship succeeds

so next i just want to cover what's

going to be expected and what this in

program what this program does include

know exactly what you're going to be

because we do think it's important you

you're thinking oh why am i not getting

and that way we can go into the

so the first thing we're going to cover

is branding strategy and positioning you

know this is something that we have a

lot of expertise in and if you don't

know why this is significant for

positioning

you know it's important that you're

positioned

in a certain way amongst your

competitors you know you need to be

offering something that's unique and

this needs to be portrayed in your

branding and your branding strategy is

also important because

it's what is going to entice your


customers and keep them engaged

you know

you want something that makes you stand

out and we are the people that are going

to help you produce this

the next thing that we're going to cover

is social media optimization now we

pages so that includes twitter facebook

instagram pinterest and anything else

that was agreed in the discovery call

the full optimization

undergoes looking through your captions

looking through your brand your content

and making sure everything is succinct

succinct and coherent you know we don't

want any inefficiencies and we don't

want any anything that's

you know out of place within your

branding it all needs to match and it's

all important that it's looking

professional

and everything is in line with your

brand mission and your brand guidelines

because this is the way to keep your

customer engaged and let them know what

it is that you actually stand for

the next thing which is obviously a very

big important thing to our clients as we

know is content creation you know this


is ultimately what is going to keep your

clients engaged your customers engaged

you know your content creation whether

it's unique whether it's fun whether

it's trendy

and the strategy behind it what are you

actually trying to achieve from the

content creation is all very important

in

increasing customer engagement and

actually increasing

you know whether your customers is

interested in buying your product

ultimately so this is very important to

our clients and we do develop a full

in-depth strategy

to make sure that it's done to a high

standard

the next thing which i do believe is the

most important factor is the scheduling

system that we implement into your

business

you know

from one business owner to another you

know i understand what goes into a

business you know you've got to think

about the finance the logistics and you

might not have time to be posting on


social media every day or every week you

know you might post twice a week then

you might post once a week then you

might miss two weeks and honestly it's

understandable but it's going to be

setting your business back you know

the key i mean we're living in a digital

age engagement is key you know

and we're living in an age where

attention spans around all time low you

know humans actually have a lower

intention span than a squirrel these

days

so

constantly being in their face is

actually a very very very big part in

maintaining

customer attention so we're going to

develop you a scheduled plan

that way with a calendar where you're

going to be uploading every day at the

most optimized time which we have

researched

on the most optimum days

so that you can achieve the greatest

level of efficiency and the greatest

level of engaging with your customer

we also have

we also are going to manage multiple

channels as i've already said this is


including your facebook instagram

twitter pinterest and anything else

agreed in the discovery cool

we have fast communication

you're gonna have your own dedicated

slack channel which you can add all

relevant members of your team and

relevant members of our team will be in

it this will be set up in your strategy

call which you're going to book later on

in this onboarding process so don't

worry about that

and we have monthly reporting this is

where we're going to keep you in the

loop and report back to you all the key

performance indicators so that way you

can see your growth month on month and

you can know that everything is going

smoothly

and

you can relate to us any problems or any

pointers that you have and we can move

forward from there

so next we want to go over how to make

this a great and fruitful partnership

for both yourselves and us

the first thing is to ask questions we

really like clients who ask questions

and we think these are the most fruitful


relationships because i mean having a

back and forth is honestly how you

achieve growth you know you might be

thinking of things

that

we don't know that you want implemented

and if you don't speak on it then

there's no way we're gonna know you know

that's what your dedicated slack channel

that we're going to create is for

you know is to have a is to create a

great dialogue between ourselves and our

clients you know i mean when i was

growing up i always used to subscribe to

the phrase that if you don't ask

if you ask a question you're a fool for

a second but if you don't ask a question

you're a fool for a lifetime you know so

anything that you do you don't

understand or anything that isn't clear

we prefer that you just ask that way we

can get out of the way and no question

is a silly question you know we like to

have a clear dialogue with our clients

and we feel that this is how we can

achieve the best results

the next thing is to unplug emotion you

know as a business owner i suspect that

you already know the importance of

unplugging emotion because when you're


first starting up a business a lot of

emotions creep in a lot of doubt can

creep in a lot of you know fear can

creep in but to get to the point that

you're at

you have to unplug emotion

so we we suspect that you already

understand the importance of this and we

say that we operate in the same way a

financial advisor does which is when he

has trust from his clients

he can work

at his best ability and we are the same

as that

the next is to be open to new ideas you

know we are experts in our field

multiple members of our team actually

have degrees in marketing and we've been

doing this for a number of years now so

we do

imply that you are open to ideas because

we may be introducing

you to new ideas which you haven't heard

of and new strategies but to us this is

old news i mean this is our bread and

butter you know what i mean so we do

think it's important that you do give us

you know the room to work but ultimately

as
as i put

you always have the final say you know

this is your business this is your baby

from business owner to a business owner

i know how it gets so

you will always have the final say and

everything will go through your content

calendar where you can green light and

nothing will be posted

nothing will be captioned

without you giving your cesar

and the next step is to be responsive

you know any cog in the operational

conveyor belt will slow down how quickly

things keep moving and so the ball is in

your core you know if we if we send you

a message and you do take long to

respond i mean there's not really much

we can do at the end of the day this is

your business so how far you want to

take it does depend on yourselves

and that's it you know i just want to

we know that you're going to learn some

things

you know you're gonna go through a whole

it's a whole different shift working

with us that's basically what i'm trying


to say you you're gonna see the growth

you're gonna see

see the organization

and you're gonna see your brand just

be enhanced and you know that's that's

really the bread and butter for us and

that's really what puts warmth inside

our stomach you know that's our that's
