COMPLIANCE with MANIFESTATION

WITH UTMOST DEFERENCE to the HONORABLE

COURT, the petitioner, through the undersigned counsel, and unto this
Honorable Court, most respectfully states that:

1) On 23 February 2016, the petitioner, through the undersigned

counsel, received a copy of the Honorable Court, dated 25 January
2016, directing the petitioner to submit the three (3) issues of
Tarlac Profile newspaper proving compliance with the publication
requirement;

2) The undersigned counsel respectfully manifests that copies

of the said newspaper together with the corresponding Affidavit of
Publication of one Gerry V. Domingo was submitted to the
Honorable Court during the Initial Trial, which would explain why

 the same was not attached to the Formal Offer of Evidence
submitted last 01 December 2015;
3) However, it appears from the above-cited Order that the same is not
found in the records of the instant case;

4) As such, the petitioner, through the undersigned counsel, is hereby

submitting a copy of the Affidavit of Publication of one Gerry V.
Domingo, dated 04 October 2015, together with the September 20,
27 and October 4, 2015 issues of Tarlac Profile, attached and
marked hereto as Exhibits “D”, “D-1”, “D-2” and “D-3”,
respectively;

5) Further, the notices themselves in the respective issues of the same

publication are likewise marked as Exhibits “D-1-A”, “D-2-A”
and “D-3-A”, respectively;

6) Exhibit “D” and its sub markings are being offered to prove
compliance with the jurisdictional requirements of the above-
entitled case, particularly publication.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, all premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Court that an Order be issued admitting the
foregoing exhibits, and together with the testimony of the petitioner’s
witness, submitting the case for resolution.

Other reliefs, just and equitable, are likewise prayed for.
