AFFIDAVIT of UNDERTAKING

I, VICTOR CATORES CADWISING, of legal age, Filipino,

single, and a resident of PA 399-C Upper Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and
declare that:

1) I am the proprietor and general manager of VG STRADCO

Construction, a sole proprietorship duly registered in accordance
with law with principal office at 362-A Wyatt’s Crib Building,
Purok 1, Tam-awan Road, Pinsao Proper, Baguio City;

2) The abovementioned proprietorship has recently entered into

an agreement with Kisad Peaks Residences, with address at No. 22
Kisad Road, Baguio City, owned by one Betty Go Roxas-Chua;

3) The agreement between the two (2) establishments is in light

of an Interior Wall Painting of the hallway of Kisad Peaks
Residences, amounting to FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE
THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX PESOS
(PhP549,426.00);

4) VG STRADCO undertakes to maintain a surety bond of 15%

of the total contract amount yearly, renewable for three (3) years;

5) I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing statements, and for all legal intents and purposes it may
serve
