Review

My family and I just returned from a sunny holiday in Cyprus. Our experience was
a good one overall, but we were very disappointed of the acccomodation where we
stayed. We just needed a place to sleep 5 nights and we thought we can make it
through, staying in San Remo Hotel.

We checked in and went to our room after a long waiting. We got shocked due to
the fact that our room did not meet our expectations. The photos presented on their
website were taken in a completely different hotel and we were extremely
disappointed on that moment. TV didn’t work and I went to the front desk. They
sent someone to fix it. It took me an hour to get the internet up and running. When
it worked it was, of course, very slow.

There was a family in the room next to me. I heard them getting a shower and
talking in their room. Our water did not stay hot. The beds were lumpy and
honestly we left the hotel at 5am to check out early because we couldn’t sleep with
the smell from the room and the worrying that i was laying in bed and felt like oh
wow what if there were bed bugs.

The restaurant of the hotel was closed down and supposedly under contruction, as
it were the inside pool, spa and the gym. Okay so we understand this wasn’t a high
end hotel, but honestly this place should be closed. It was by far the most
disgusting gross hotel we have ever been too. I loved the area, but I would not
recommend staying at this place. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
