Complains of Asthmatic Customer

Sheba Hotel is a place that is very known for their clean rooms and areas and as their guest always
recommend them and give them a five star for their service.

Guest named Ms. Labrador saw Sheba Hotel on the website and was interested of the place. Labrador is
an asthmatic person she book a room to relax and choose a place that has a good city view . Upon
arrival at 1:00pm bellboy and front office team welcome the guest, the front office staff offers her a VIP
room 701 as they are already fully booked as of the moment, the guest informed the front office staffs
also that she has asthma she don’t want dusty area, after then FOS sends her into her room . After 2
hours of the guest arrival the guest calls customer service of the hotel:

Guest: hello good afternoon ,

Rom: hi good afternoon thankyou for calling this is customer service of Sheba hotel how can I assist you
today ?

Guest: I'm calling you because I am disappointed my room is so messy the things are not organized as
what I saw on you website , the guest room is so dusty I have asthma you know? its not good for my
condition to stay on the room that is very dusty I'm requesting someone to clean again or transfer me to
another room myghaawd! Im exhausted of my travel i so much expect that what i see on the website is
true how come the things here are not organized not like the website. please hurry up or else i'll put
surveys on social media about this place

Rom: Hi ma’am, can I ask for your last name and the room number you're staying right now?

Guest: Labrador room 701, silly

Rom: I apologies for the inconveniences you experience right now but our rooms are now fully booked
and I believe also that our room is very neat and clean but I appreciate your complains and to ensure
you with comfortable staying of our hotel we'll just again make over the room for you, I will send
someone to you to assist the inconvenient about the messiness and dusty area of the room and to
ensure also the safety of your staying in your room that will be clean right away please wait a moment
mam Labrador they're on their way right now.

Guest: please hurry up because I want to relax now . Goodbye

Rom: hello housekeeping please assist our guest on room 701 she asked for more service she has
asthma she don't want dusty area.

van: a minute please we'll send someone to make up again the room

Rom: double time customer is irate.

van: okay, copy that.

van: hello team we have a customer complaining about the dusty area in the room and she asked for
another room make up as she has an asthma, afraid of dust because of her health condition. I'm sending
mc&josh as your cota today still didn't reach the standard.

mc: what room number is that ?

van : room 701

mc: okay I'm calling my partner josh in this situation

van: please hurry up guest is now irate

josh: I thought we already cleaned that earlier?

mc: yes, but due to her health condition she wants her room to be clean all over again even though we
ensured every rooms we clean are neat and clean.

josh: nahh its a hustle but anyways we haven't still got our cota so lets go i'll carry my stuffs bring yours
too.

Rom : hello mam labrador, my name is Rom I'm from FO department I received your complaint and I do
apologies our housekeeping team are on there way to clean the room. Please ensure your valuable
things while they're cleaning the area and also I want you please to join me in on our view deck area will
be serving you tea&sandwich, our tea is good for someone has asthma. We want you to enjoy the place
as you are staying here for longer and your safety is our top prioprity.

Guest : okay make sure dust will be removed right away i want to rest now.

Rom: yes we'll handle the situation for you mam .

Guest: how long will I wait?

Rom: it will not make an hour ma’am

Guest: okay I appreciate it but can I have another request I don’t like crowded area , put me in a place
where there are no many guests around

Rom: okay ma’am you'll be in a VIP area.

Guest: thankyou

Rom: I'll send someone to you once the room is ready, Please enjoy the stay!
