platforms. I am a young lady of 23 years with a Bachelor of Library and Information Science with Upper
Second Class obtained from Mzuzu University. With my 2 years experience in the field of data management,
coupled with all the competencies you have mentioned in the advertisement, I believe that I have the skills
needed to fill this position and to be a great asset to your company

Working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment has always been something that I find hugely
enjoyable and stimulating. On the one hand, your values align perfectly with my passion for improving the
lives of people around my community. Having occupied a position of monitoring and evaluation officer at
Evidence Action, I excelled at designing M&E tools, managing, mapping, collecting and analyzing data.
Additionally, my role as volunteer library at Mzuzu University as a library assistant, I excelled at managing
information systems, database management, records management, information governance and security. On
top of that, I was in charge of a team that developed a new information system and focused on the reduction
of data redundancy which we achieved to decrease by 14% within one month. these experiences, I have
gained excellent verbal and written communication skills, typing skills, paying attention to detail, verifying
data accuracy and integrity and effective problem solving and documentation skills which could be ideal
for this position.

I have extensive experience working with Microsoft Excel, SPSS and SQL. I am a dedicated, innovative,
enthusiastic, and excellent team worker, a great supporter and communicator both in English and Chichewa.
I am an open-minded individual and passionate about self-development and growth as such I aim to always
seek to acquire something new to gain more or new knowledge and skills as my tasks or job requires.

I am confident that I am an excellent candidate and o believe that learning about the areas of my interest
through the first-hand experience within Global Health Corps will bring my career up to the whole new
