I hereby express my interest for the position of graduate internship advertised on LinkedIn. I am a
young lady of 23 years old with a Bachelor of Library and Information Science with Upper Second
Class obtained from Mzuzu University. My experience in the information technology field and
educational background, coupled with all the competencies you have mentioned in the
advertisement, I believe that I have the skills needed to fill this position and to be a great asset to
the personnel at JTI.

Working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment has always been something that I find
hugely enjoyable and stimulating. Having occupied a position of Monitoring, learning and
evaluation officer, sales and marketing executive and library assistant at Evidence action,
LBM Apartments and Mzuzu University respectively, I have successfully gained experience in
developing and monitoring and evaluation tools, developing and managing information
systems, web development and management, developed successful marketing strategies and
I proven to be a result-driven, quick-learning and self-disciplined individual. On the one hand,
being a proactive student, I have also taken on a role of the Fundraising director and
President in two societies at the university, which helped me to enhance my leadership and
communication skills.

I am a dedicated, innovative, enthusiastic, and excellent team worker, a great supporter and
communicator both in English and Chichewa, I pay attention to detail, organizational and
time management skills and can handle multiple tasks. I am an open-minded individual and
passionate about self-development and growth as such I aim to always seek to acquire
something new to gain more or new knowledge and skills as my tasks or job requires.

I am confident that I am an excellent candidate and o believe that learning about the areas of
my interest through the first-hand experience within JTI will bring my career up to the whole
