Notable Engagement

 Delivering requirements to manage the IT architecture to bring tax reporting closer to the point of
transaction, removing the need for customers to complete tax-specific returns to provide
information HMRC already holds. This will enhance digital services for businesses and agents and
delivering a better customer experience. Understanding about project was the foundation of the
reality of project management using Prince2 methodology.

 Producing a complete RACI Matrix with Work Breakdown Structure, Organisation Breakdown
Structure, risk assessment report and Schedule/budget plan. Developing a risk register of the
known risks to the successful delivery of the project, that is specific to this particular type of
project and final, Go Live, handover and training of product to HMRC users with presentation
slides and handout during training with quick quiz that will help with reflections.

Notable engagements:
 Conducted event risk assessments for 300+ foreign students on the university’s pre-sessional summer
program and organized the annual campus wide ‘UH Employability Day’ which connected students to
career consultants.

 Organizing the fresher’s weeks in a team, strengthened my public speaking skills by delivering a
welcome speech to 4000+ students in the 2018 Fresher’s Week and re-structured the SU’s Life
Membership registration method; this change led to registrations multiplying by 15x.
