1.What are the implication of the developmental tasks to your role as a facilitator of learning? Let’s play
particular attention to the stages that correspond to schooling – early childhood, middle and late
childhood and adolescence.

School, teachers and parents play vital role in holistic development of the child. Parents are the first
mentor of their child and the teacher is the second. ...as a teacher teach learners who are experiencing
learning and adjustment problems. Developmental psychology can help you identify the many forces
that affect growth, maturation, learning, and development and that affect your learners' behavior. To
guide, prepare, teach and help the child navigate through academic and social environments, to make
them comfortable within themselves and with others. To coach him/her thru the difficult part of school
social behavior, and help him/her reach their academic potential.

2.Reflect on your early childhood, middle and late childhood days. Were you able to acquire the
developmental tasks expected of early, middle, late childhood and adolescence? What facilitated your
acquisitions of the ability to perform such tasks? Write your reflection.

I experience difficulties in life, that experience helps me to stand and give me more strength and it gives
to me improvement on how to handle a problem. in young age I already know how hard to work for
your family my father work in the farm every day to sustained our needs so in my middle age I help my
father in the farm that his work can be easily and fastened. because I’ve experienced the work of my
father is not easy that’s why I help my father. sometimes we do not work conditionally it is initiative.

3.Having mastered the developmental tasks of early childhood middle and late childhood and
adolescence, reflect on what you should do as a teacher to facilitate your students acquisition of these
developmental tasks. Write down reflections.

As a teacher to facilitate my student’s acquisition of these developmental tasks. First to know them,
their skills, ability, their social behavior, on how I can adjust to them. teach them confidence, fell them
that they are part of a group. apply methods on how they will improve or give them a task or activities
like how to socialize.
