Q1.) Do you feel any insecurity towards your job working in this organization?

ANS) No, I don't feel any insecurity towards my job in this organization, but
sometimes people misbehave, which put me to think quitting this job.

Q2.) What are the stressful aspects of your job?

ANS) Sometimes overworking, otherwise it is my passion.

Q3.) Do you think that women have fewer opportunities than men for
professional development at a workplace?

ANS) Yes, because I think There must be some organization, totally based on
woman stuff But in Pakistan, there are very few such organization also are based
on small scale. It might be on large scale.

Q4.) Do you think that men have greater employment security than women?

ANS) In common, women have responsibilities of home as well as child. So, it

could be a Reason from unemployment of women community.

Q5.) Do you think that women are less assertive compared to men to obtain fair
compensation, promotion or opportunities for professional development?

ANS) No promotion compensation and opportunities are equal for both. It's only
depended on working hard and availability it.

Q6.) Do you think that women receive enough organizational support in order to
manage them professional work and their domestic responsibilities?

ANS) No, in my opinion, it is the biggest obstacle to manage both responsibilities

at the same times.

Q7.) Do unwelcome sexual connotations glances, gestures, or comments occur at

your place of work?

ANS) It is possible common everywhere. So, ignorance is the best option.

Q8.) Do you have ever thought about leaving your job because of gender-related
problems?

ANS) Now, because it is quite lame Excuse, we can have face-to-face

communication with such person. Doing these Lame act.

Q9.) Do you feel like you are able to speak honestly about your issues in the
workplace?

ANS) It's depended upon behavior of Staff specially.

Q10.) Do you think that you’re earning enough according to the work you do?

ANS) No, celery is not enough but passion made a person to do anything at any
cost.

Q11.) Did you ever feel any insecurities from your colleagues or coworkers? In
sense of status, position, salary etc.

ANS) Yes, sometimes it is normal, human behavior. That these things distract

you’re facing in this organization?

ANS) Yes, working from home, it's best option for women. I have ever got this
opportunity. I will wait it.
