Q1.) Do you feel any insecurity towards your job working in this organization?

ANS) looking after home and job is really stressful.

Q2.) What are the stressful aspects of your job?

ANS) I totally disagree with the point both men and women have equal
opportunity for professional development.

Q3.) Do you think that women have fewer opportunities than men for
professional development at a workplace?

ANS) It depend upon the organization where they work either the organization is
women-oriented work or men-oriented work.

Q4.) Do you think that men have greater employment security than women?

ANS) I don’t think so because both of them are compensate according to skills
and nature of job.

Q5.) Do you think that women are less assertive compared to men to obtain fair
compensation, promotion or opportunities for professional development?

ANS) Yes, sometimes this type of support is given to women as compared to the
men.

Q6.) Do you think that women receive enough organizational support in order to
manage them professional work and their domestic responsibilities?

ANS) Definitely but as a woman we should know our norms and culture and
should know how to handle them kind of issue.

Q7.) Do unwelcome sexual connotations glances, gestures, or comments occur at

your place of work?

ANS) I have never thought yet but if the situation arises, I would definitely quit
from current job.

Q8.) Do you have ever thought about leaving your job because of gender-related
problems?

ANS) If work is an organization where we are free to talk and Express our idea, so
I must say it’s depends upon organization where we work.

Q9.) Do you feel like you are able to speak honestly about your issues in the
workplace?

ANS) Yes

Q10.) Do you think that you’re earning enough according to the work you do?

ANS) I don't think so in my organization everyone is getting the composition

according to their skills and experience my organization always Strive on equal
opportunities for their employees.

Q11.) Did you ever feel any insecurities from your colleagues or coworkers? In
sense of status, position, salary etc.

ANS) No

Q12.) Are you looking for any other opportunity because of the job insecurities
you’re facing in this organization?

ANS) Not yet, but sometimes I feel like I should look for other opportunity.
