I. FINDINGS

1. The actual length of the completed PCCP, was measured to be 559.4 meters with
3.35-meter width. PCCP thickness was noted 280mm, which conforms to plan.
2. The measured length of lined canal during inspection was 48.7 meters.
3. Actual length of accomplished grouted riprap was measured to be 82.1 meters.
4. Total work accomplishment during inspection was found to be 43.44% (see attached
computation).

II. RECOMMENDATIONS

1. Recommended for 40.06% first partial billing, as per contractor’s request
