Read-a-thon
This fall, Ms. Roberts and Mrs. Goldberg are hosting a Reading Competition between
our Period 4 and Period 6 English classes. The class which reads the most pages by
the end of the quarter will win a SECOND crappy teacher day with doughnuts

Deadline: December 2, 2022

Rules and Expectations
1. Every Monday, you will submit how many
pages you read the previous week on an
index card with your full name and class
period
2. You can only read three books of the same
genre before moving to another genre or
leveling up the difficulty of the types of
books you are reading
3. Be honest about how much you're reading.
Cheating is cringey and lame, so don't do it
4. The class-wide reading competition will
not affect how you are assessed on your
independent reading
