We can also assess the pros and cons


of social media's impact on our
thoughts and emotions and practice
mindfulness. Social media (by
checking out or cancelling our
accounts) or merely alter our social
media surroundings, we should
consider how social media affects
how we feel and behave.

Engage, educate, inspire, and most


importantly, just be yourself. Everyone
may contribute to the community
effort that is social media.
