Dear Sir,

We are writing your good office, to seek your help in resolving our concern and issues as subcontractor in MAPLE
LEAF Hotel project. We experience and encounter problem at work in relation to Mr. Eduard Miranda dealing towards
us as a subcontractor. We try to discuss this amongst ourselves but all the discussion are all futile. We take our
chances, to elevate and bringing this concern to your attention, hoping in doing so, you can help us resolve this issue
once and for all.

Before we start subcontracting work with Mr. Eduard Miranda us our “contractor” at Maple Leaf Hotel, Banawa Cebu
City, we execute a work contract agreement with Mr. Miranda (labour only for Masonry work-Lite Block
piling/installation) which bind us to enter and engage into this construction activities, provided that he will gave us our
progress payment at end of the week (every Saturday). Since then, he has been keep failing to give us our due
payment.

In addition, he always making unprofessional personal comments (not work related or quality issues) to us and to our
direct manpower which affect to our manpower performance and progress. His action towards our manpower is not
acceptable, inhumane and degrading.

We try to discuss this matter to him formally, but haven't been satisfied with the outcome. He still refused to solve our
issue and had no say on the matter.

We are not writing this letter just to discredit Mr. Miranda, we look forward in working to him with cooperation in
complete harmony.

We hope by this letter will be the closure to our concern and issues.
