*REPACKING*

Bing was absent for November 4, therefore there was no output. I have asked permission from Jhonison
to borrow Noel only to prepare the orders for samples as Noel had other duties to attend to. For
November 5, we have re organized the layout of the sampling warehouse and labeled each section as to
what product it holds bing also resealed the remaining mycat samples that were not sealed properly by
the supplier after the reorganization of the layout of the warehouse.

*PRINTING*

The current 10 oz white backing raw material we have cannot be used properly as if would form small
bumps when printing and it would cause mistakes, the printing department have tried various methods
in order to solve this but it did not work. The raw material could be deformed from delivery or not
properly cut by special means. The personnel from Bigpix that observed our process on October 29,
2022 did not recommend the use of 10 oz white backing as 10 oz is very thin and prone to creating
mistakes when printing, that is the reason why Bigpix does not supply 10 oz white backing nor do they
use it often.

There is a technical problem ongoing with the printer. The head of the printer which injects ink has a
problem with the magenta ink as it would leak by a small amount and would stain the tarp. We have
attempted to solve this problem but there was no change. We have already once contacted big pix for a
check-up and will contact them once again in order to follow up the technician who will check the
printer and give a solution to our problem. They have yet to respond to our calls. At the moment we are
cutting the already printed stickers as there is much to cut.

We have received 3 job orders from life prolongs marketing department. A total of 3 job orders were
finished amounting to 3 sticker with sintra boards, 482 stickers, and 3 15 oz black backing tarpaulins.
There is still 7 job orders to be printed out, 1 job order is partially done.
